It might not be a long walk, or a super fast walk, but every morning I walk. I started the Monday after I walked away from the 9 to 5 (um, or more accurately, the 6 to 8!). If I skip a day it doesn't feel right. Today I kicked off my shoes in the middle of the street in front of the house. We are supposed to hit 84 degrees on this 6th day of February and it felt really nice to be in socked feet after a hot walk!
